Volunteer Form (U18s)

This form is to be completed by the parent or guardian of anyone under 18 who wishes to volunteer.

Thank you for volunteering with us. Firstly, please read the guidelines below:

• It is the group's policy that under 18s are accompanied by their parent or guardian. Please supervise your child at all times when volunteering.

• We meet on Saturdays at 10.30am in the centre of Raheny village (outside the large catholic church, across the road from the Scout's Den).

• We always like to know what work is being done so make sure to always let someone in the group know the work you are doing.

• Be careful of traffic especially when working near a road.

• Wear suitable clothing, strong footwear with a good grip and gloves. A high-vis jacket will be provided to be worn when volunteering.

• Don’t pick up any sharp or hazardous objects, such as broken glass.

• If you need a hand with any task, please ask for help.

• Please leave the bags used for collecting litter beside a Dublin City Council bin, ideally the bin outside the church.

• After volunteering, always wash your hands before eating and drinking.
