Volunteer Form (Adults)

Thank you for volunteering with us. Firstly, please read the guidelines below:

• We meet on Saturdays at 10.30am in the centre of Raheny village (outside the large catholic church, across the road from the Scout's Den).

• We always like to know what work is being done so make sure to always let someone in the group know the work you are doing.

• Be careful of traffic especially when working near a road.

• Wear suitable clothing, strong footwear with a good grip and gloves. A high-vis jacket will be provided to be worn when volunteering.

• Don’t pick up any sharp or hazardous objects, such as broken glass.

• If you need a hand with any task, please ask for help.

• U18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times; do not work alone with under 18s unless you are a parent or guardian. There is a separate form to be completed if you are accompanying a person under 18 years old.

• Please leave the bags used for collecting litter beside a Dublin City Council bin, ideally the bin outside the church.

• After volunteering, always wash your hands before eating and drinking.
